Terms & Conditions (T&C)

The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services of Aktiokrat Publishing and – where applicable – the purchase of books and digital content through the platforms we link to.

1. Scope

These T&C apply to all users of the website aktiokrat-verlag.de as well as to all contracts directly related to our own offerings. For purchases via external platforms (e.g. Amazon KDP or other shops), the respective terms of the third-party providers also apply.

2. Contract Partner & Contact

The contractual partner is Aktiokrat Publishing, Torsten Nicodemus, Holsteiner Straße 27, 22941 Bargteheide, Germany. If you have questions about titles, cooperation or other inquiries, you can reach us at info@aktiokrat-verlag.de.

3. Services & Content

Aktiokrat Publishing releases books, e-books and supplementary content (e.g. blog articles, background material, tools). All content is created with great care, but no guarantee is made for completeness or accuracy. Changes to the program, layouts, prices or technical functions may be made.

4. Liability

Claims for damages are excluded unless based on intent or gross negligence. This does not apply in cases of injury to life, body or health, or for claims under the German Product Liability Act. We assume no liability for content or availability of external platforms.

5. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding CISG. Should individual provisions of these T&C be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. We reserve the right to amend these T&C, provided the changes are reasonable and do not disadvantage existing contracts.
